My unhealthy Pattern though my spiritual journey
a) Presses - Current pain presses on past pain which is buried within soul
b) Amplifies - Undealt past pains amplifies the pain of current situation, causing me to overreact
c) Addictive - Unconsciously guard against more pain or medicate with addiction behaviors

2 Corinthians 12:9
